Creator of Humanology™ as an academic discipline and several of its methods and tools (such as optimism coaching, social masks, personal essence, time boxes, or absolute forgiveness), she is the author of several books and has received multiple awards and international recognitions, among which is her honorary doctorate in Humanistic Sciences from the World Humanistic University in Florida, the ACCPH (Accredited Coaches, Counselors, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists) Fellowship in the United Kingdom, and her award as one of 100 global coaching leaders from the Regional Human Resources Council of Mumbai.
